How can I cancel an order if I finally don't want to receive it?
You can cancel it as long as it has not been sent. Please note that orders are shipped Monday through Friday the first business day after purchase. To cancel, go to the Your orders section and enter the order number and email address with which you placed it. The system will show you the details of the order and if the Cancel option appears, you can click to cancel it. Once canceled you will receive an email informing of the cancellation. If this option does not appear, your order has already been sent and you cannot cancel it. You can also contact our Customer Service to cancel it, as long as the order has not been previously dispatched. If the order has already left our warehouses, it will not be possible to cancel it, but the return can be made once received.
How many days do I have to make an exchange or return an order?
We hope you are satisfied, but if you need to return your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to make your return. You do not need to give any explanation or reason, although you can do so if you wish so that we can improve our care and service.
How can I return my order?
To make a return, the customer must enter the website www.esestantaciónrey.es and go to the "my account" section and select the "returns" section, where the customer will find a history of their orders. Next to the order number there will be a button that you must press to return that order. The management of the return will be carried out within a period of 14 working days, from Monday to Friday, from the receipt of the return. Once processed, the corresponding amount is returned according to your original payment method. Our goal is that each client is completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have 14 days to return it. And after making the return, place the new order. To proceed with the return check that it meets the following conditions: The product must arrive in the same conditions as when you received it, that is, with the packaging, seals and all accessories. It is not necessary for you to indicate any reason to make your return. You must bear the transport costs (return costs).
Is it possible to change the order received by another?
We can always replace your product or generate a purchase voucher if you tell us to do so, but if we do not, we will make a full refund when the product arrives at our facilities and we check that it has not been used or tampered with.
To proceed with the return, check that you meet the following conditions:

If your product arrives altered due to transport, you must take photographs at the same time of delivery to see the packaging conditions. Take pictures of the damage so that we can request immediate collection. Tell the carrier to add that incident to the report to collect the product. This claim must be made in the first 24 hours.
