How much are the shipping costs?

How is sending realized?

Deliveries will be made to any address within the European territory. Once the order has been sent, we will inform you by email of the tracking number and the carrier that will make the delivery. Please note that deliveries are not made to PO boxes, and we will not be responsible for shipments if a PO box has been indicated as the destination address. To avoid incidents in the delivery (wrong addresses, inability to find someone at home), it is essential that you fill in the contact telephone box.

What is the deadline?

Orders are processed until 12:00 noon in Spain and Portugal, until 10:00 in other countries. Orders processed after that time will be shipped one day late. Once the order is processed, the delivery time is between 4 and 7 days if it has been made on a working day (except for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there is no order pick-up or delivery service, a circumstance that will have to be taken into account when calculating delivery dates.

In the event that an order is not available for any material, Establishments Rey will contact the user giving him a new delivery time, or instead proceed to a full refund. We can also ask the customer if they want a shopping voucher or place another order instead. In Establishments Rey we have an online customer service, so that you can always find the help you need. Incidents in the delivery of your order Orders will be delivered to the address designated by the buyer.

Establishments Rey does not assume any responsibility when delivery cannot be made as a result of the information provided being inaccurate or incomplete or when delivery cannot be made due to the absence of the recipient. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Establishments Rey will adopt the measures required of a diligent merchant so that delivery can be made as soon as possible, both to the satisfaction of the sender and the recipient.

How can I check the status of my shipment?

When your order leaves our warehouses, you will receive an informative email, in some cases you may receive a tracking number from the carrier so that you can verify the status of your order, in other cases and because the carrier is your own you will receive the notification of departure and the day of delivery.

How can I receive a package to an address other than my home address?

You just have to enter your new shipping address when placing your order. It is perfect for sending gifts to your friends or receiving a package at your vacation spot. Do it before your order is already in transit, if so we advise you to speak directly to our customer service, they will help you and advise on how to solve any incident.

How can I cancel an order if I finally don't want to receive it?

You can cancel it as long as it has not been picked up by the carrier and is on the way. In each process you will receive an email indicating the status of your order, in addition to receiving a tracking number that will allow you to control the entire journey.

To cancel, go to the Your orders section and enter the order number and email address with which you placed it.

The system will show you the details of the order and if the Cancel option appears, you can click to cancel it. Once canceled you will receive an email informing of the cancellation. If this option does not appear, your order has already been sent and you cannot cancel it.

You can also contact our Customer Service to cancel it, as long as the order has not been previously dispatched.

If the order has already left our warehouses, it will not be possible to cancel it, but you can make the return once received. This process will assume that you assume the transportation costs of the return.
